Lately there has been an emphasis in training no gi. Some people will be competing in April, including myself, in no gi, so we are getting ready for that little by little.
I actually like no-gi. It takes me back to my days in wrestling in high school. Although I was not the best in high school wrestling it sure is helping me out now.
Tonight I sparred five times. I have been trying to push myself to spar more at practice, however, I feel like if I were to have sparred anymore I would have puked. I hate that feeling. I feel like my conditioning is not getting any better, and that sucks because I feel like I should be better conditioned by now.
